About The Opportunity
Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client for an MBBS Doctor to join a growing healthcare facility in Andheri East, Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for doctors who prefer an entrepreneurial practice model with profit-sharing/revenue-sharing instead of a fixed monthly salary.
The selected doctor will have the opportunity to build a long-term practice while earning based on patient consultations and revenue generated.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations and diagnose patients.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
- Provide preventive healthcare counselling.
- Refer patients to specialists whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
- Deliver high-quality patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
- Ethical, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
Compensation
